According to saying of “No man is an island”, people cannot live alone and they need to deal with different people from different places for their existence by passing through boundaries. International relations is the study of the interactions among the various actors that participate in international politics, including states, international organizations, nongovern -mental organzations, subnational entities like bureaucracies and local governments, and individuals. It is the study of the behaviors of these actors as they participate individually and together in international political processes. As the essence of IR, facts of life and field of study, IR becomes the key player in the daily life of all people. Thus, people should study about International Relations subject.
